I would suggest that you do some research before trying to take the easy andlasy way out of getting your project done.Check with the TV production houses (one is across the street from you,that's a hint!) and call the media houses to find out how much they charge.Go to the library and do some research on TVC Production.

That is why it's called a project. It's work.
